What is Counselling?
Counselling is a unique relationship unlike any other you will have anywhere else. It is a confidential space that you can use to talk through anything that is bothering you. Counselling or therapy (I use the terms interchangeably) will offer you the opportunity to explore your concerns without judgement or advice.
How can Counselling help?
Counselling can help you see your options more clearly. During the process you may become more aware of the ways in which you relate to yourself, others and those around you which may no longer be useful to you. Once you have identified these you can work on changing these if you want to.
