Do you feel you don't fit in? Are you anxious?

Feeling different but can’t quite put your finger on why. Feeling anxious and want help to feel less anxious so that you can do more of the things you love? Perhaps you are feeling both or one of the above things? I can help.
Sometimes, we feel like we don’t fit in. Maybe you just don’t feel right but don’t know why? I can help you to discover who you are and what you want and help you live in the way you want to without feeling ashamed or weird.

Counselling with me could help you work out who you are, to accept, appreciate and celebrate what's great about you - through a better understanding of patterns, behaviour, communication and interaction.

In time you will become much more aware, even 'self-aware' of the ways in which you relate to yourself and others around you; building your confidence, self-acceptance and putting you on a path to living a more fulfilled life.

I will help you to understand yourself better and offer you a safe space to explore your feelings to enable you to become the best version of yourself.

I work with adults aged 25 - 35 primarily but can also work with people aged 18 upwards including older people.

Contact me today to see how I can help you. I offer a 20-minute initial phone call.

Currently working online via Zoom

I have worked with disabled clients in the past, helping people feel less isolated and alone. During the pandemic, I am offering people with disabilities sessions via zoom to help them cope as I am aware that during the current situation many of the difficulties faced by people with disabilities will have got worse. Whilst I can’t change the situation, I can help you feel less isolated and alone by providing you with a safe space to talk.

During the pandemic I am offering therapy to those with disabilities on a pay as you can basis. email for more info or to book.
