In time you will become much more aware, even 'self-aware' of the ways in which you relate to yourself and others around you; building your confidence, self-acceptance and putting you on a path to living a more fulfilled life.

I work with adults aged 25 - 35 primarily but can also work with people aged 18 upwards including older people.

I have worked with disabled clients in the past, helping people feel less isolated and alone. During the pandemic, I am offering people with disabilities sessions via zoom to help them cope as I am aware that during the current situation many of the difficulties faced by people with disabilities will have got worse. Whilst I can’t change the situation, I can help you feel less isolated and alone by providing you with a safe space to talk.
